Lines sucks, staff is the sweetest. Angela (I believe) needs a vacation. She has help me so much as far as inside details (call a day ahead to get med fills faster, etc etc) she always cried when I handed her $5 on Christmas eve eve and told her to buy herself a coffee. She makes my day everytime I go (twice a month). SHE is the only reason they get a full 5 stars

My favorite pharmacy, hands down. I won't go anywhere else. I don't understand why there are so many 1 star review. I've dealt with a lot of pharmacies and this is the only pharmacy I've gone through that always has my medication ready within 24 hours of me or my doctor/psychiatrist ordering it. Sometimes the line is a little long but it always moves very fast.

As I was in line waiting for a prescription I couldn't help but notice a pharmacy tech who was giving exceptional service to people. She was extremely friendly, had a big smile, looked genuinely happy, and just gave off a great vibe. Not what you usually see these days. When I got to the counter she was the same way with me and I saw her name was Elaine. If cloning ever becomes a reality I suggest you clone her. In the mean time, give her a big raise and tell her how appreciated she is. I would also mention the other people who helped me there today were also exceptional. Thank you for making picking up meds a pleasurable experience.

Been using fred meyers consistantly for the past 5 years now and over here at south medford pharmacy and i gotta say, Debbie is always so helpful! Usually i only give her my info and its a super quick process but today i got to chat a little bit with her and she also helped get one of my meds pushed up for me without me even asking! I know most people only share the bad side of their pharmacy, but my long term boyfriend was a pharmacy tech for most of our relationship so i can truly appreciate how demanding it can be to work with unhappy people needing their meds, so i just wanted to give a shoutout to miss Debbie for helping me out today and being able to see the soft side of her! The different techs are all sweet, and the pharmacists themselves are usually quite helpful (everyone deserves a shout out!) If your having a hard time here, just give them some patience and they will give you the best they can!

Switched to Fred Meyer's from Walmart because of the Long Lines and people breathing, and coughing down my neck. So far I have not had any bad experiences with Fred's.. Staff seems tired and overworked, but but so far pleasant. Had a few refills out of stock, but got them in time.

Yes, service isn't the best sometimes but give them a break! They’re understaffed, overworked and always rushed. The people who give our prescriptions are caught in the middle.
